Booking Policy

BOOKING POLICY: At the time of booking non-refundable deposit is required to hold your date and time. Your session fee deposit can be made in the form of cash, debit/credit card, cash app, via PayPal or Revolut. Appointments made without a deposit may not be honored and are subject to cancellation.

LATE FEE: Session end times will not be extended to accommodate client lateness. In the event that the client arrives up to 15 mins late for the scheduled session, a late fee will be added to the session. In the event the client is 30 or more minutes late, the session will be cancelled without refund.

PAYMENT POLICY: Sessions must be paid in full before shooting date or immediately upon arrival via cash or credit card.

RESCHEDULING FEE: In the event that the client must reschedule, a fee will be charged.

CANCELLATION POLICY: If you are unable to make your photo session all deposits will act as a cancellation fee. 72 hours of advance notice of cancellation is required to credit the deposit towards a future session. Due to the nature of portrait photography - paid booking fee is covering 100% of the project-related expenses.

I understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned  - it can be heartbreaking especially on a holiday.

I always try to accommodate changes and find an alternative date.

- I have a reasonable cancellation policy - within a months time - i refund completely because i know that life is unpredictable.

However with less then 30 days notice before the shoot I am unable to cancel or re-schdule and unfortunately the photo shoot would be non refundable.
